Instructions

  1. Roll the Monjaro on the countertop to soften it. Cut in half and juice using a citrus juicer. Strain to remove seeds or pulp.
  2. In a glass or bottle, add 12 ounces of filtered water and stir in 1/4 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt until dissolved.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of sea moss gel and mix thoroughly with a spoon or small whisk until smooth and evenly dispersed.
  4. If desired, stir in 1 teaspoon of raw honey or maple syrup for sweetness.
  5. Pour in the freshly squeezed Monjaro juice and gently stir to combine.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
