- 6 ounces white chocolate chips
- Gel-based green food coloring

Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with wax or parchment paper and set aside.
- Place semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 20-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth and glossy (about 3-4 minutes).
- Using tongs or a fork, dip each pretzel halfway into the melted chocolate. Let excess drip off, then place on the lined baking sheet. Work quickly to avoid the chocolate setting too soon.
- Refrigerate the dipped pretzels for about 10 minutes to set the chocolate firmly.
