  • 24 mini cocktail sausages or little smokies
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds or sesame seeds (optional)
  • Optional dipping sauces: mustard, ketchup, or your favorite spicy mayo

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Open the can of crescent roll dough and unroll it onto a clean surface. Press perforated edges together to form a single sheet.
  3. Cut the dough into 24 small triangles, each large enough to wrap around a mini sausage.
  4. Place one mini cocktail sausage near the wide end of each triangle and roll the dough around the sausage, tucking the pointy end underneath to secure it.
  5. Arrange the wrapped sausages on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  6. In a small bowl, melt the unsalted butter and stir in garlic powder if using.
  7. Brush each wrapped sausage generously with the melted butter mixture.
  8. Sprinkle poppy seeds or sesame seeds over the top if desired.
