Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch (20×20 cm) baking pan with parchment paper or foil, leaving some overhang for easy fudge removal. Set aside.
  2. Place white chocolate chips and softened butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth (about 1-2 minutes). Alternatively, melt using a double boiler.
  3. Gradually stir in the sweetened condensed milk until fully combined and creamy.
  4. Add Bailey’s Irish Cream and vanilla extract, stirring well to incorporate. The mixture should be silky and glossy.
  5. Add a pinch of salt to balance the sweetness. Taste and adjust Bailey’s if desired, but avoid adding too much liquid.
  6. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly with a spatula. Sprinkle optional toppings if desired.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until firm to the touch. Avoid freezing.
